Here's the best part—you won't be cold calling or knocking on doors. Every appointment is with homeowners who have already contacted us because they need our help. Your job is to inspect their chimney or fireplace, educate them on what you find, recommend the best solution, and either complete simple repairs yourself or hand it off to your administrative assistant to coordinate larger projects with our repair teams.
No chimney experience? That's okay.
We'll teach you everything you need to know about chimneys, fireplaces, inspections, and repairs. If you have sales ability, people skills, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training.

What You'll Do
Every day is different, but you'll spend your time:
- Meeting homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Performing chimney and fireplace inspections
- Building trust and explaining your findings in simple terms
- Recommending the right solutions and closing the sale
- Completing repairs
- Using ladders, hand tools, and power tools safely
- Documenting inspections in ServiceTitan
- Responding to customers calls and emails for follow-up
- Collecting payment and coordinating larger repairs with our office and production team
- Delivering a five-star customer experience that earns referrals and repeat business
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Loves working with people and building relationships
- Enjoys solving problems instead of using high-pressure sales tactics
- Likes working both indoors and outdoors
- Isn't afraid to climb ladders or get their hands dirty
- Is competitive, self-motivated, and wants to control their own income
- Has experience with in-home sales or customer-facing service
Sales experience in roofing, HVAC, plumbing, solar, windows, garage doors, pest control, restoration, remodeling, or home improvement is a huge plus.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of in-home sales experience
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and computer software
- Basic math and measuring skills
